Rest Is Productive (Yes, Even for You)

It’s easy to feel guilty for needing rest, especially when ADHD makes you feel “behind” in life. But rest is not lazy, it’s fuel.

Yoga teaches us that restorative poses are just as powerful as active ones. Lying down with your legs up the wall or sinking into a long savasana can calm the nervous system, lower stress, and give you the clarity to move forward.
